Document IDs Product Help - Changing a Password

  1. Open the Authentic Document ID Preferences Center page in your browser, and click Change Password.

The Change Profile Password page is opened in your Web browser.

  1. Click Change Password.

The PTA launches the Open Profile screen

  1. Enter the user name and the current password for the profile whose password you want to change, and click Next.

The PTA launches the Change Profile Password screen.

  1. Enter your old password, enter/re-enter your new password, and click Change.

The following message appears when your password has been changed.

  1. Click OK.
    • You will be automatically returned to the Authentic Document ID Preferences Center page.
