VeriSign® Roamer View replaces expensive protocol analyzers with one comprehensive service for visibility into ANSI-41 and GSM-MAP roamer validation messages. Color-coded error messages and a familiar Windows®-based interface make the data easy to understand and simple to use for administrators, help desk personnel, and technical support. Viewing and printing preferences and permissions provide customer service and roaming departments with customized views and secure access.

Roaming Revenue Stream

Real-time SMS activity reports provide a billable revenue stream and give the roaming department a clear view of SMS traffic. (Only available for ANSI-41 at this time.)

Better Views and Better Service

With access to real-time information, customer service representatives can help subscribers resolve problems more quickly. Pop-up windows show detailed information about Origination Point Code (OPC) or Destination Point Code (DPC), including carrier name and market location.

Fraud Protection

For carriers using VeriSign’s international Fraud Protection Service, Roamer View allows service providers to see PIN attempts.
