VeriSign is pleased to announce its 2008 Promotion Program for Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) for .com and .net. The program offers registrars a credit for new .com and .net IDN registrations with the opportunity to obtain larger credits according to the number of new .com and .net IDN registrations registered. The goal of the program is to support the registrars’ marketing efforts to promote IDNs.
