well as its Information Database (LIDB) and Toll-Free Database services.
These services gave FairPoint Communications access to all of the local
access and transport areas of the Regional Bell Operating Companies
and major Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers, as well as the ability
to monitor its network activity in highly granular detail.
Results
